If you do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Claire Beauty Store. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Claire is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.
