According to your country and choice of shipping method and time of arrival, the shipping fee is different.

Standard shipping: $9.9-$30 USD (20-40 working days)

Expedited shipping: $50-$80 USD (5-10 working days)

If you do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Claire Beauty Store. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Claire is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. We are also not responsible for transportation caused by bad weather or unexpected time (including COVID-19). It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Claire will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Claire is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

Order Tracking

After we are sent out, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into the shipping website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us. Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we can not guarantee your refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 2 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
